Wetumka is conveniently located at the intersections of Highways 9 and 75 in the heart of Oklahoma.

Wetumka boasts two new public school buildings, numerous churches, and many civic organizations.  Wetumka is also home to the Wes Watkins Technology Center.

Plan to attend our world-famous Sucker Day Celebration, which is held the last Saturday in September of each year.  This year's event will be held September 27, 2008.   Coordinators are already hard at work planning new and exciting activities for this year, so you won't want to miss it!

While you're here, don't forget to visit the beautiful Leslie Moses Park at the Wetumka Lake for camping, fishing, golfing, and other recreation.
